As Sales & Events Manager, you will take ownership of driving and delivering memorable events at The Old Bridge. This is a hands‑on, commercial role where you'll be responsible for growing event sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring every occasion exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage enquiries, build relationships, and convert bookings to grow sales.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver events from initial enquiry through to execution.
  • Develop partnerships with guests and local businesses to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote weddings, celebrations, and corporate events.
  • Manage event logistics including scheduling, staffing, and set‑up for smooth delivery.
  • Review events post‑delivery, gathering feedback to continuously improve.
