TLC – Thames Luxury Charters operates a large fleet of luxurious boats for private and corporate hire on the River Thames in London, accommodating 2–600 guests. Our experienced and friendly team delivers bespoke event packages for both private and corporate clients. With high-quality fittings and furnishings comparable to 5-star London venues, professional yet approachable staff, and a diverse range of catering options, we provide exceptional facilities and memorable experiences on board our Thames riverboats.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Event Sales Executive to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, coordinating bookings, providing tailored event solutions, and delivering outstanding customer service for private and corporate events aboard our luxury boats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
  • Coordinate and oversee event bookings from enquiry to completion.
  • Provide bespoke event solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations and catering teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track sales performance.
