As a Sales Advisor in the property industry, you will play a key role in assisting customers throughout their property buying journey. This permanent position in East/Lothian and Fife requires a customer-focused individual with a keen interest in sales. Any sales/customer service background is welcome!

• Guide customers through the property purchasing process from initial enquiry to completion.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about available properties and services.
• Maintain regular communication with potential buyers to address queries and build relationships.
• Achieve sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Ensure the sales area is well-presented and fully stocked with marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure properties are ready for viewing or handover.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.

Profile

A successful Sales Advisor should have:
