Job description

You will assist the store manager with day to day procedures.Maintain a first class customer service and drive sales forward whilst dealing with customer on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and booking in faulty devices.
• Assisting customers with the selection of products and determining their needs accordingly.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Merchandising and replenishing stock as required, whilst maintaining high shop floor standards.
• Assisting with deliveries.
• Operating the tills, handling financial transactions including exchanges and following cashing up procedures.
• Cashing up and closing systems down. Process customer payments.
• Meeting individual and store targets.
• Undertaking cleaning and housekeeping duties as and when required.
• Other duties when required.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C or above in English and Maths.
• Previous retail/customer service experience is essential.
• Passionate about mobile phones and customer service.
• Experience in the use of EPOS systems.
• Must be flexible throughout the week.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• High levels of accuracy and use of grammar.
