Job description

You will assist the store manager with day to day procedures. Assisting customers with the selection of products and determining their needs accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Advising customers on suitable products that best meet their needs.Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Process customer payments. Operating the tills, handling financial transactions including exchanges and following cashing up procedures.
• Receiving and booking in faulty devices.Cashing up and closing systems down.
• Meeting individual and store targets.Merchandising and replenishing stock as required, whilst maintaining high shop floor standards.
• Assisting with deliveries.Undertaking cleaning and housekeeping duties as and when required.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C or above in English and Maths.Previous retail/customer service experience is essential.
• Passionate about mobile phones and customer service.Experience in the use of EPOS systems.
• Must be flexible throughout the week. Must be able to work as part of a team.
