A leading energy management firm based in Milton Keynes is seeking a Sales Adviser to handle inbound leads and new business opportunities. This hybrid role offers a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 plus uncapped commission, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. TEAMEnergy is seeking a Sales Adviser to join our sales team in Milton Keynes (Hybrid working 2 days office based per week).
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Plus Uncapped Commission (c£7-8k)
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Your role will be to focus on inbound leads and new business opportunities using both phone and Microsoft Teams. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers interested in our energy and consultancy solutions with your primary mission is to qualify incoming inquiries, conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, deliver quotes, and convert these leads into satisfied customers.
Additionally, you will proactively reach out to lapsed accounts and past prospects to reignite their interest. This role requires excellent communication skills, quick problem-solving, and a persuasive yet customer-centric approach to sales. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with on-target earnings aligned to achievable sales goals.
Hybrid Work: This role offers a balance of in-office and remote work. Two days a week (typically on agreed upon days like Tuesdays and Wednesdays, subject to team scheduling) you’ll work from our Milton Keynes office. Three days a week you’ll work from home. On remote days, you are expected to maintain the same professionalism and productivity as in the office.
