A climate risk intelligence firm based in the UK is searching for a Sales Administrator and Support Executive to bolster their sales team efforts. This hybrid role involves managing prospects, pipeline development, and providing administrative support, as well as generating sales reports. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales environments and proficiency with tools like Salesforce. Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 basic plus bonus and benefits
Location: Hybrid – commutable distance to our Bristol office 2x a week

The main purpose of this role is to support existing sales teams from an account-based prospecting, development and administrative angle across global and US engineering consultancies and US public sector organisations. We are looking for someone who enjoys building the “beginning” of the sales pipeline and is happy to provide administrative support for the team. Success will be measured and bonused on an activity basis, not on closed sales. This position would therefore be ideal for someone who enjoys working in an exciting sales team environment, who wants to play an important role in building new business but who is not interested in a revenue-targeted, commission based position.
