Responsibilities
- Process and manage sales orders with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order updates and enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and analysing data to support decision-making.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to the sales department.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions promptly.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently when required.
- Experience within the industrial/manufacturing industry is desirable but not essential.
