Responsibilities
  • Process and manage sales orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order updates and enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and analysing data to support decision-making.
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to the sales department.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions promptly.
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
