A leading technology firm in Redhill is looking for a Sales Administrator to support the Sales Team in processing orders and delivering customer service. The role involves working closely with Export Sales Managers and providing administrative assistance with queries and order management. As we continue to expand and grow, we are looking for a self‑motivated and professional Sales Administrator to join our team. This is a key role as their support to the Sales Team will help achieving targets and deadlines. They will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner whilst delivering an exceptional standard of customer service. This is a busy and fast paced role which would suit someone who has previous sales administration experience. You will be liaising with Sales Managers and Directors but also with various Departments and teams within our worldwide Group. You will make direct contact with customers to answer enquiries and/or resolve order queries so you will need a polite, professional and confident manner.
There is the potential for the right candidate to progress their career into a full sales role by utilising the skills learned in this role.
