A leading manufacturing company based in Chineham is looking for an Administrator to join their Contracts department. This full-time, temp-perm position involves working with the contract team and field engineers, providing excellent customer service, reviewing received orders, and ensuring timely processing of new quotations. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft packages, and strong organisational skills. The successful applicant will work Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:30, with a competitive hourly rate of £13.00.

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading manufacturing company based in Chineham in their Contracts department. This is a full time, temp - perm position.

Responsibilities
  • Working with the contract team and field engineers
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Reviewing orders received
  • Ensuring timely processing of new quotations and following up
  • Undertake a thorough contract review of orders received
  • Maintain a good working relationship with the sales representatives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrator role
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills
The Role
  • Working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00 to 16:30 with a 30-minute lunch break
  • 13.00 per hour
