Qualifications

  • Experience in a Sales Admin or administration role preferable or graduate in first role.
  • Advanced Excel skills are a must; Power BI knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and sound numerical and analytical know-how.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Team in their promotional administration to settle the customer accounts.
  • Flag any issues to the account managers.
  • Keeping EPOS trackers up to date.

Job title: Sales Admin Executive
Location: London, UK
Pro-actively supporting the administration in UK & Ireland
Universal Accountabilities:
  • Support the Sales Team in their promotional administration to settle the customer accounts
  • Matching invoices to the accrual
  • Checking the invoices are correct
  • Flagging any issues to the account managers
  • Keeping EPOS trackers up to date
  • Raising PO’s.
  • Forecasting Admin Support
  • Ad Hoc Projects – Retail Price Checking and Powerpoint Support
  • Supporting the demand planning process
  • Supporting the UK Sales Commercial Calender
Specific Accountabilities
  • As above based in London on a hybrid 2 days per week basis.
  • Budget, variable metrics are to be confirmed.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience in a Sales Admin or administration role preferable or graduate in first role.
  • Numerate with a preference for analytical work – Advanced Excel skills a must – Power BI knowledge prefererred
  • Computer literate using Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint (essential)
