A well-established GP surgery in the UK seeks a Salaried GP to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to its population of approximately 13,500 patients. The role involves managing long-term conditions, maintaining clinical records, and participating in collaborative efforts with a multidisciplinary team. As an autonomous clinician, you will provide high quality medical care to our practice population, delivering safe, effective, and compassionate services in line with our PMS contract. You will play a key role in ensuring patients receive an excellent standard of clinical care, supported by a well structured and collaborative practice environment.
You will uphold GMC standards of Good Medical Practice, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to support the smooth and effective running of the practice. This includes contributing to service development, fostering positive working relationships, and leading by example through professionalism, teamwork, and patient centred care.
As a Salaried GP, you will provide highquality, patientcentred medical care to our practice population, working collaboratively with the wider clinical and administrative teams. Your responsibilities will include delivering services in line with the PMS contract, managing longterm conditions, undertaking clinical and administrative duties, maintaining accurate clinical records, and contributing to practice targets and quality improvement initiatives.
You will also take part in duty doctor and telephone triage sessions as required, support training and development within the practice, and participate in clinical governance, meetings, and ongoing professional development. Collaborative working, adherence to clinical guidelines, and contributing to the smooth running and continuous improvement of the practice are key aspects of the role.

As a Salaried GP, you will provide high quality, patient centred medical care to our practice population. Your role will include delivering services in line with the PMS contract, managing long term conditions, undertaking prescribing responsibilities in accordance with national and local guidance, and completing associated administrative tasks such as referrals and prescription requests.
You will participate in duty doctor and telephone triage sessions, maintain accurate clinical records, and work collaboratively as part of the practice team, sharing the clinical workload fairly. The role also involves contributing to quality improvement, QOF performance, clinical governance, and the development of practice protocols and policies.
You will engage in ongoing professional development, appraisal and revalidation processes, support the training of students, and promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
