A leading NHS practice in Greater London is seeking a part-time Salaried GP to join their dedicated team for 4 to 6 sessions per week. The role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment focused on providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, managing patient care, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Both experienced and newly qualified GPs are welcome to apply. The Hoxton Surgery, is a well established, high performing NHS practice serving a diverse community of around 9,500 patients. We are a friendly, supportive training practice with a strong multi-disciplinary team and a passion for delivering excellent, compassionate care.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed part‑time Salaried GP, to join our dedicated clinical team for 4 to 6 sessions per week. You will be supported by an experienced group of GPs, pharmacists, nurses, HCAs and administrative staff who work closely together to deliver excellent care to our patient population.

You will be joining:
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality, evidence‑based care to our patients
Conduct face to face, telephone, and online consultations.
Manage acute and chronic conditions in line with national and local guidelines
Undertake home visits
Participate in care planning and health promotion for patients with long term conditions
Issue prescriptions appropriately in accordance with practice and NHS policy
Review test results, hospital letters and correspondence promptly
Ensure accurate and timely clinical record‑keeping using EMIS clinical system
Quality & Governance
Contribute to the achievement of QoF, Enhanced Services, and other clinical targets
Participate in clinical audits, significant event analysis, and learning reviews.
Promote evidence‑based practice and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain awareness of Safeguarding responsibilities for both adults & children
Adhere to all relevant practice and NHS policies including infection control, confidentiality and information governance.
Professional Development
Engage in appraisals and revalidation as required by the GMC and NHS England
Maintain continued professional development (CPD) and attend mandatory training sessions
Support teaching and mentoring or supervision of medical students.
Teamwork and Collaboration
Work collaboratively with our multi‑skilled team including Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacists, Pharmacy technicians, First‑contact physiotherapists, social prescribers, Nurse Associates and administrative staff.
Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and multi‑disciplinary team (MDT) reviews.
Support colleagues during absence and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
Leadership and Service Development
Contribute to the development of new services and innovations in primary care delivery.
Engage with the local PCN to support integrated care models.
Provide leadership for specific clinical areas or lead roles as agreed with the Practice Manager and Partners.
