The RNLI is a charity with the purpose to save lives at sea, with a vision to save every one. The RNLI providesa 24-hour lifeboat search and rescue service, lifeguards, fundraising, and drowning prevention. Our frontline lifesavers and fundraisers need a dedicated, professional and talented team behind them, and that is where you come in.
We’re looking for a proactive Administrator to join our RNLI Safety Team — someone who thrives on organising, precision and teamwork, and who will help us to support the management of safety to ensure all activities involved in saving lives at sea are safer for the future.
In this role, you’ll be part of the backbone of our team, with a strong focus on supporting with policy documentation and the assurance checks that confirm that processes and controls are effective, compliant, and continuously improving. This will include:
