About the Company

A long-established UK leader in safe access and barrier solutions is seeking aSafety Installerto join their growing team. The company provides design, supply, and installation of handrails, guardrails, and related systems nationwide, with a strong reputation for technical expertise and high-quality products.

Role Overview

The Safety Installer will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining fall protection and safe access products across sites in the UK. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals from installation, engineering, or site-based backgrounds. Full product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission fall protection and safe access systems on-site across the UK.
  • Carry out repairs, modifications, and recertification of systems.
  • Conduct PPE inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Liaise with clients and on-site personnel, maintaining a professional image.
  • Provide training and coaching to clients on installed products.
  • Identify non-compliant systems and produce inspection reports.
  • Proactively promote additional products and cross-sell services.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCSE/O-Level qualifications in numeracy and literacy.
  • Previous experience in fall protection or safe access is advantageous (training provided).
  • Good computer skills.
  • Comfortable working at height.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
