Role: Social Worker
Pay rate: MOU rates
Location: Sandwell Childrens Trust
Job Type: Temporary
Shifts: full time hours , Monday to Friday.

As a Social Worker, you will provide essential support to individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges. Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments and risk evaluations for service users.

  • Advocacy: Support clients to access healthcare, housing, benefits, and community resources.
  • Collaborative Working:> Partner with healthcare professionals, local authorities, and voluntary organisations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely case notes in compliance with professional standards.

  • Education: Degree in Social Work (or equivalent).
