Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Band 7 Safeguarding Children Practice Development Lead to support frontline services across the Trust, with particular focus on the needs and priorities of Hounslow Services, with wider links to Ealing and Hammersmith & Fulham.

This key leadership role offers expert supervision, guidance, and professional development to staff managing complex safeguarding cases.

You’ll work closely with multi-agency partners to promote high-quality, reflective safeguarding practice. If you're an experienced health professional with strong safeguarding expertise and a passion for improving outcomes for children, we’d love to hear from you.
