Overview:
A leading property consultancy is expanding its rural consultancy and estate management team in Salisbury. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary office offering a broad range of rural services and excellent prospects for career progression. The role combines estate management and professional consultancy, with opportunities to collaborate across disciplines including valuation, farming, and environmental services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as principal agent for key estate clients, delivering high-quality, professional advice.
  • Conduct estate and farming business reviews.
  • Support strategic land promotion and renewable energy initiatives.
  • Deliver secured lending and professional valuations.
  • Ensure client deliverables are met and compliance standards upheld.
  • Mentor and lead junior team members, supporting their development.
  • Monitor client profitability and identify new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to business growth through innovative thinking and collaboration.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • MRICS-qualified rural surveyor with 3-5 years post-qualification experience (Rural pathway preferred).
  • RICS Registered Valuer (preferred).
  • CAAV membership is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership potential and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and composed approach.
  • Passionate about rural surveying and career development.
