The Role

The Role We are now looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking Rural Surveyor with the potential to develop into Partnership.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive, multi-disciplinary practice with a strong client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse rural property portfolio, including estates, farms, and agricultural businesses.
  • Oversee the Commercial Team with some hands-on work dealing with landlords and tenants.
  • Advise clients on a wide range of professional matters, including landlord & tenant, valuations, planning, and farm business consultancy.
  • Support and grow existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for new business.
  • Play a key role in the firm's future growth, with a clear path to partnership.
Skills & Qualifications
  • MRICS qualified, ideally with several years' post-qualification experience working in a similar role.
  • Registered valuer.
  • Strong rural land management background.
  • Experience in Commercial Property.
  • Excellent communication, business development, and client care skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set with ambition to progress to Partner level.
