Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Managing commercial lettings and agricultural tenancies.
  • Overseeing agri‑environment schemes and in‑hand land management.
  • Advising on access rights, boundaries, and restrictive covenants.

Skills

Membership of, or eligibility for, RICS (Rural pathway)
Strong technical understanding of land use and rural asset management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency with property management systems, GIS, Microsoft Office
