Ruminant Sales Specialist (Dairy/Beef/Sheep) – West Midlands (Shropshire / Oswestry) - Competitive Salary + Bonus + Vehicle
The Job: We are seeking an ambitious and technically minded Ruminant Sales Specialist to develop and grow a sales patch across [insert region: e.g., North & West England / Wales Borders]. You will work directly with dairy, beef, and sheep farmers, providing practical rationing advice, forage sampling, and on-farm diagnostics to support yield, daily liveweight gain, and feed efficiency. This role requires someone who can combine technical expertise with commercial drive — building trusted farmer relationships, converting value into sales, and ensuring consistent growth in margin and volume.
