A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a proactive Team Leader to ensure the efficient daily operations of the Rehabilitation Therapy Services at Broadmoor Hospital. As Team Leader, you will ensure the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day running of the service, addressing operational challenges as they arise and maintaining the highest standards of safety and service delivery. You will work as part of the wider Rehabilitation Therapy Services team to support patients in their recovery through meaningful, therapeutic physical activity in a group or one‑to‑one setting. The post holder will be responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership of staff in the identified RTS area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead the daily operations of our patients’ fitness suite and associated facilities within a high‑secure inpatient environment.
