What You'll Do:
  • Support the candidate referral programme
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment administration
  • Create and release roles via our VMS system
  • Post job adverts internally and externally
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics
  • Respond to queries and maintain accurate systems
  • Produce ad hoc reports as needed
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong admin and coordination experience
  • Ideally some recruitment exposure
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
