Senior Accommodation Worker (RSOT) – Outreach and Accommodation Worker

As part of our expanding team of Outreach and Accommodation Workers, the new Senior Accommodation Worker (RSOT) will manage a new 15-room Supported Accommodation house and lead a team of four Support Workers. The role involves working closely with residents to stabilise their accommodation, develop independent living skills, and access the services they need to sustain long-term housing. You will also support the development of improved pathways into accommodation, strengthen partnership working with internal and external agencies, and ensure accurate monitoring of outcomes and progress.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operation of a new 15-room Supported Accommodation house, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for individuals transitioning away from rough sleeping.
  • Manage and support a team of four Support Workers, providing guidance, supervision, and direction to ensure consistent and effective practice.
  • Work collaboratively with a wide range of partners, build constructive relationships with individuals who may have experienced trauma, instability, or repeated homelessness, and develop creative solutions to help individuals move towards sustained accommodation.
