Rotational Pharmacist - Cross-Ward Clinical Pharmacy

Job description

You will provide expert pharmaceutical knowledge to pharmacy, medical and nursing staff working across a variety of wards and departments. Duties will vary dependent upon the rotation but will include:

Responsibilities

• Medicines reconciliation
• Clinical screening and checking of prescription
• General clinical pharmacy duties
