Job Title: Room Leader
Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 12pm on Fridays (46 weeks paid for 52 weeks)
Location: Finchley, London
Salary: £30,000 - £31,000 per annum

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Room Leader to join our warm and supportive nursery team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate practitioner who is confident in leading a room, supporting staff development, and delivering high-quality early years provision.

Working Hours

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• The Room Leader will be responsible in dealing with the day to day running of their designated room.
• Overseeing a team of Practitioners and helping to ensure that their jobs are done to the highest possible standard.
• Planning games and activities for the children to participate in.
• The Room Leader will also be responsible for keeping parents informed of their child's progress as well as any key events or changes regarding the nursery.

Requirements

For this position you MUST have the following:

• A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare
• Experience of working within a senior nursery position
