Hotel du Vin offers luxury and boutique hotels across 18 landmark locations in the UK. Known for style and hospitality, we provide exquisite accommodation, a relaxing atmosphere, and exceptional food and wine in our trademark bistros.

As a Room Attendant, you will interact with guests, so conversational English is essential. You should be able to work independently and be a vital part of ensuring all bedrooms are clean and welcoming for our guests.

Flexibility is required. You will mainly work set shifts, typically between 9am – 3pm, five days a week. Start times are flexible between 9am and 10am. Early start times, flexible contracts, or weekend work can be discussed at interview.

This role requires physical fitness, and full training on chemicals and equipment will be provided.

Experience is not required, but a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference are essential.

We encourage internal development and progression. After probation, candidates may enroll in our apprenticeship scheme.

Benefits include:

  • Discounted staff room rates at Malmaison, Hotel du Vin, and Frasers Hospitality from £65 per night.
  • 50% off the best available rate for friends and family.

  • Fully funded apprenticeship programs.
  • High street discounts, holidays, and experiences.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Healthcare cash plans.
  • Referral bonuses up to £1500.
  • Uniform provided.
  • Wellness and Campaign Days.
  • Access to Wagestream for real-time wage tracking.
  • Complimentary stays on your 1st, 3rd, and 5th anniversaries.
  • Support for neurological health charities.
