• Experience in cladding, commercial traditional, and industrial roofing maintenance.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work flexible hours.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform reactive and planned maintenance jobs safely.
• Effectively work at height on a daily basis.
• Utilize portable devices for risk assessments and reporting.

Skills

Prior experience in external reactive building maintenance identifying leaks & rectification

Education

NVQ (Slating & Tiling / Sheeting & Cladding)

CSCS labourer or skilled worker

First aid

Driving Licence
