Overview

Roadside Vehicle Technician Role

The Roadside Vehicle Technician role is to respond to vehicle breakdowns and faults, diagnosing and fixing issues roadside with confidence and care. You’ll play a vital role in helping people get moving again, combining mechanical expertise with great customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance (or equivalent)
• Strong experience in diagnostics, electrics, and mechanical repairs
• Confident working independently and dealing directly with customers
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexibility for shift patterns including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

Roadside Vehicle Technician Hours

You’ll work a flexible pattern equivalent to 40 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM, with your weekly roster shared 7 days in advance and your daily start time confirmed 3 days in advance.
