Location: Guildford

Salary: £40,000 (Inclusive of London weighting) and realistic OTE of £60,000. Top‑performers can earn significantly more through bonuses and enhanced overtime rates.

Role Overview – Roadside Technician

• Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
• Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

Requirements – Roadside Technician

• Level 3-qualified Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Technician (City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ, or equivalent); candidates with a Level 2 qualification will also be considered, provided they can demonstrate the required qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within the vehicle workshop or working as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
• A full UK driving licence – no more than 9 points or bans on the licence.
• Demonstrated technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
