Mobile Vehicle Technician – Chesterfield

Basic Salary: £35,000 + Overtime (Realistic earnings up to £53,000)

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Sunday shift rotation. Start times between 6am–12am. Overtime paid at time‑and‑a‑half.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician, you’ll be the face of the business, attending roadside breakdowns and supporting customers when they need it most. Your day‑to‑day will include:

• Diagnosing faults at the roadside and carrying out repairs where possible
• Ensuring vehicles are safely recovered to workshops when required
• Providing clear, friendly advice to customers
• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, electrical work, and diagnostics
• Delivering outstanding customer service at every call‑out

This is a role for someone who enjoys independence, problem‑solving, and variety.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (proof required)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong all‑round technical ability: mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic
• Confident working independently and supporting customers face‑to‑face
