Overview

As our Roadside Rescue Mechanic, you’ll go the extra mile for our members. We’re the AA, getting everyone back on the road safely so the show can go on. We offer training, support and opportunities for development.

Base Salary: £37,152 plus £3,598 location allowance

Note: The base salary is achieved on a working week of approximately 40 hours.

Top performers can earn upwards of £60,000 OTE.

What will I be doing?

You'll Be

• A communicator: Master of diagnostics, explaining situations clearly to customers so they feel safe and their needs are taken care of
• A self-starter: Capable of working independently and as part of a team, visiting different locations in all weathers
• A fixer/problem solver: Use technical expertise to solve a range of issues, either fixing at the roadside or recovering to a garage
