Roadside Rescue Mechanic

Location: Hounslow, Greater London, UK, TW3 1

What you’ll need:

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent), with proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
• A customer‑focused approach
• A full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

As a Roadside Technician within the Patrol division, you’ll deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You’ll handle tasks ranging from flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault‑finding, providing quick, confident solutions and reassurance when members need it most.

You’ll work from home, tackling challenges and impacting the roadside with technical expertise and outstanding member service.
