Roadside Mechanic / Mobile Vehicle Mechanic
Location: Hillingdon
Base: £53,720 with uncapped OTE earnings up to £58,000

We are recruiting for skilled, field-based Roadside Mechanics to join our Roadside Patrol team. We are the UK's leading breakdown service provider, a people-powered business of 4,000 “heroes” delivering best-in-class motoring services for private and business drivers.

Responsibilities / Role

As a Roadside Mechanic you will need:

• A Level 3 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent; Level 2 may be considered)
• Demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
• A customer-focused approach
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Flexibility to work at relatively short notice
• Open to travel and overnight stays if necessary

Working Pattern

In this role you’ll work the equivalent of 40 hours per week without a set roster. You will receive your roster seven days in advance, with core hours scheduled three days in advance. Working hours range from 0600 to 0200, and shift patterns will include evenings, early mornings, weekends and bank holidays.

Role Specifics

As a SuperFlex Roadside Mechanic, you’ll encounter a diverse range of breakdowns and technical issues, so strong core mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic experience is essential. With a base pay of £53,720, you’ll have uncapped earning potential with average earnings between £54,000 and £58,000.
