Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid PIN number.
• Experience in person-led care planning within a care home.
• Ability to provide coaching and guidance to the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist every aspect of nursing care and activities.
• Create and update individual care plans for residents.
• Manage staff rotas to ensure adequate staffing.
