Job Overview

Orka Financial is currently recruiting a Financial Accountant for a business based in Andover. This role needs someone who is fluent in German and who has prepared accounts under HGB (German GAAP). Covering a long term sick leaver, you will be needed for between three and six months.

Responsibilities

• Run audits for a German business.
• Be technically strong and comfortable with monthly travel to Germany for 3-4 days at a time.
• Work closely with the Head of Accounting and act as the key contact for the auditors.

Qualifications

• Recognised accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent experience.

Working Model

The current working model is three days in the office (Parking on site) and two from home.
