Astrum Search is working exclusively with a global leader in media and communications market to recruit a Risk & Controls Manager. This is a newly created role in a growing team in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert on risk and controls
  • Design and implement financial, operational, and compliance controls aligned with internal frameworks
  • Operate quality review and control monitoring programs
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and monitor remediation
  • Drive continuous improvement and process standardisation
  • Support strategic projects requiring robust controls
Experience Required
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent with prior internal controls, SOX, or internal audit experience
  • Strong ability to assess business risk and evaluate internal control systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Media industry experience is a plus but not essential

You’ll join an international team working on a range of interesting projects. The business is growing and changing making this a great time to join the team.

The role is based in their Central London HQ and you'll be required in the office 3 x per week. Travel is expected to be limited.
