A busy firm of construction consultants is seeking a Quantity Surveyor based in Greater London. The ideal candidate will hold a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (RICS Accredited) and have at least 2 years of UK experience. Responsibilities include working on a variety of projects like new build apartments and schools, and performing both pre and post contract tasks. A competitive salary of £40,000 to £48,000 is offered, along with RICS fees coverage, pension, discretionary bonus, and APC training.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of U.K. experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience with either another firm of PQS or multi-disciplinary consultants.
• Keen to work towards becoming chartered with the RICS if not yet chartered.

Responsibilities

• Join a team working on a range of projects including new build apartment blocks and schools.
• Conduct both pre and post contract work as a Quantity Surveyor.
