Skills

RF / Microwave systems knowledge

Requirements management and systems design

Managing external suppliers with procurement team support

Technical leadership of junior engineers

Experience participating in design reviews

Experience coordinating hardware transition into production

System level functionality proving

Familiarity with antenna systems

System level RF modelling

Familiarity with real-time digital signal processing

Understanding of waveform design and implementation

Systems modelling and Autocode generation

Experience research based on technical publications

Good communication skills
