A leading legal services provider is seeking an experienced Reward Manager to join their Birmingham team on an interim basis. The role involves conducting salary benchmarking analysis, supporting the salary review process, and managing reward-related activities. Ideal candidates will have five years of experience in compensation review using relevant methodologies and strong analytical skills. This position also requires excellent stakeholder management and project leadership abilities.

Overview

Our client is an international law firm who is considered a market leader in their field and recognised by prominent business and legal publications for its innovations in client service. They are now looking for a Reward Manager to join their busy team, on an interim basis.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting salary benchmarking analysis using Willis Towers Watson Compensation Platform and making recommendations based on that analysis.
  • Supporting the Salary Review process from analysis, budgeting, recommendation gathering, sign off and communication.
  • Managing day to day Reward matters, BAU activities, advising on best practice and working closely with the wider HR teams.
  • Project management, process improvement and strategic support alongside the CPO and wider HR team.
  • Oversee and manage other members of the Reward team.
Qualifications
  • Five years' experience within compensation review and salary benchmarking using the Willis Towers Watson methodology.
  • Experience of compensation software is desirable.
  • High level numerical and analytical skills with the ability to analyse market data in Excel and other software tools while making data driven decisions.
  • Experience of working within a Matrix organisation with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of employee benefits including health and risk benefits will be advantageous.
  • Ability to lead and motivate, be professional and possess high attention to detail.
