Are you an experienced HR Administrator or Advisor looking to specialize in Reward & Benefits? As part of our expanding Reward team, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of data-driven, people-focused initiatives that underpin our employee experience and organisational success. This is a primarily full-time, Cambridge-based role with hybrid working (3 days in the office). We're open to part-time options (0.8 FTE), such as 4 full days per week. Availability on Mondays and Fridays, along with some overlap with US working hours, is essential.
Responsibilities
- Reward Operations – Maintaining our job catalogue in Workday, including creating and updating job and compensation profiles.
- Supporting the administration of our annual bonus plan and salary review processes.
- Helping to implement and manage our new employee recognition platform.
- Benefits Administration – Processing benefit enrolments, changes, and leavers across EMEA, LATAM, and APJ regions, with occasional support for US & Canada.
- Assisting with onboarding and employee education around benefits.
- Supporting wellbeing initiatives, including analysing data and promoting our EAP.
- Managing purchase requisitions and reconciling invoices for benefits spend.
- Providing cover for Cycle to Work scheme administration.
- Equity & Long-Term Incentives – Assisting with the administration of our global share plans and cash LTIP schemes.
- Supporting the Share Plan Director with queries and participant updates.
- Employee Support & Communication – Acting as the first point of contact for reward and benefits queries via our ticketing system.
- Drafting and coordinating employee communications and education sessions.
- Collaborating with the wider EMEA HR Operations team during peak periods.
- Learning & Development – Shadowing senior team members to build your knowledge and confidence in Reward; gaining hands-on experience with global HR systems and processes.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in an HR Administrator or HR Advisor role, preferably in a global or tech environment.
- Solid understanding of core HR processes and best practices.
- Strong Excel skills (or the ability to learn quickly), including formulas, pivot tables, and data presentation.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience using a complex HRIS, ideally Workday.
- Familiarity with HR ticketing systems and working within SLAs.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word (including mail merge) and PowerPoint (for creating clear, engaging presentations).
