Job description

A fast-growing global media business is seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash Manager to lead and optimise their end-to-end OTC process across multiple regions and currencies. This is a pivotal role where you’ll ensure operational excellence, drive process improvements, and build a high-performing team that supports their international growth.

You’ll own the OTC lifecycle – from order validation and invoicing through to cash collection and reconciliation, working closely with senior stakeholders, including the CFO, to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant processes.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee the full OTC process across multiple entities and time zones, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify and implement automation and best practices to streamline workflows and strengthen controls.
  • Oversee credit management, ensuring timely collections, and minimal aged debt
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders, partnering with various departments including Finance and Sales
  • Build and lead a global team, motivating and assisting with upskilling their development
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience managing a team, ideally global in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of OTC processes from contract setup to cash application.
  • Demonstrated success in driving automation and efficiency initiatives.
  • Excellent communicator, ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ideally familiarity with ERP and billing systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics).
