What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth financial operation of our revenue streams, with core duties including:

  • Billing & Invoicing: Managing accurate and timely client billing and invoicing via Workday, ensuring compliance with contracts.
  • ERP System Management: Precise project setup and ongoing maintenance within Workday, including PO linkage and financial configuration.
  • Liaison & Support: Acting as a key contact for invoicing and credit control queries with shared services.
  • Reconciliation & Reporting: Supporting revenue and project reconciliations, month-end close, and ad-hoc financial reporting.
  • Compliance: Maintaining meticulous financial records and ensuring adherence to company policies.
What You’ll Need
  • Proven experience using an ERP system (Workday experience is highly desirable but not essential).
  • Previous billing experience gained in an agency setting (e.g., advertising, marketing, PR, creative) is highly advantageous.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data manipulation).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • A demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A proactive approach and an ability to take ownership of tasks, seeing them through to completion.
  • Foundational understanding of accounting principles, particularly those related to revenue and accounts receivable.
  • Familiarity with time and WIP reconciliations.
