A healthcare organization in the UK is looking for a dedicated Retention Midwife to join their senior leadership team. This role aims to provide individualised support for preceptorship midwives and enhance their working experience in the NHS. The ideal candidate will support effective communication and promote the retention of newly registered midwives, ensuring they feel valued and supported. We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Midwife who is seeking an opportunity to join our senior leadership team as a Retention Midwife. The aim of this role is to provide individualised support to preceptorship midwives, return to practice learners and early career midwives. This role is pivotal to enhance the experience of working in the NHS of this cohort of midwives. The post holder will offer individualised supportive interventions, including learning, career advice and pastoral care.
