You'll put all customers at the heart of our business by creating unforgettable holiday experiences that make us the best‑loved holiday company.

Responsibilities
  • Use your passion to inspire customers and colleagues while enjoying a great amount of fun.
  • Drive to achieve and exceed sales objectives – in Retail we call it ‘Smashing your Targets’.
  • Embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer‑engaged role, both face‑to‑face and virtually.

  • Receive training on a variety of systems to empower you to enhance your knowledge and bring memorable holidays to life for our customers.
