Job Description:

Purpose

Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Retail Supervisor to join our team in Huddersfield. You will support the store management team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to customers.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.41 plus non-contractual sales commission. This is a part-time, permanent role, with 25 hours per week.

Ideal Candidate:

If you have energy, drive, and passion for retail, and previous supervisory experience, this role is for you. You should possess excellent customer service skills, leadership ability, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Activities:

1. Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
2. Open & close the store, including cashing up and administrative duties.
3. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong product knowledge.
4. Promote products and suggest complementary items to customers.
5. Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
6. Support team members as needed.
7. Ensure proper merchandising and store presentation.
8. Manage stock deliveries and transfers.
9. Handle customer queries and complaints.

Personal Characteristics:
