Job summary

A leading retail company in Birmingham is seeking a Supervisor to lead a dynamic team and ensure outstanding customer service. You will motivate team members, drive sales, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a supervisory role and understanding of retail KPIs are preferred. Qualifications

  • Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer (preferred).
  • Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators, including sales, profit and service.
  • Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided and not essential).

Qualifications
  • Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer (preferred)
  • Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
  • The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
  • Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
