Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant

Location

COLCHESTER

Overview

We are looking for a number of Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant's to add to our already successful team. This role offers flexible working patterns and includes high-profile projects across the UK’s leading grocery supermarkets. The position involves working in various retail stores, with travel varying on a nutzen-by-shift først basis. Having your own vehicle would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning the fixture where required.
  • Reprofiling the fixture where necessary to ensure each product is shoppable for the customer.
  • Transporting stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
  • Supporting the store where necessary with replenishment.
  • Working shifts between 10–12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights).
  • Accessing and managing work availability via the Field Power platform on your smartphone.
  • Clocking in and out using your smartphone via the RAS Dashboard.
  • Travel may be involved when local work is not available; accommodation will be provided when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Eye for detail.
  • General level of fitness suitable for manual handling and lifting.
  • Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous retail experience (training will be provided).
  • Problem‑solving skills and a 'can‑do' attitude.
  • Ready to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights.
