A fitness equipment company is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Manager to oversee its new UK showroom in Gloucester. This full-time role involves managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have significant retail sales experience, a good understanding of the fitness industry, and excellent communication skills. The position requires working weekends at the showroom and entails travel to events. The role offers competitive pay within £40,000 to £45,000, along with numerous benefits.
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Sales Manager to run our brand new UK showroom. Day-to-day, you’ll oversee on-site customer experience, and maintain showroom standards. You’ll also handle sales enquiries, be a trusted product expert, and coordinate with the wider team to ensure the showroom runs smoothly and reflects our brand at its best.
Reporting to the Director of Sales - UK & Europe, this is a full-time role based at our Gloucester Head Office. Initially, as we establish a normal routine within our brand new showroom, there will be a requirement for the successful candidate to work weekends (likely Wed-Sun schedule). However, our aim will be to build support around this position which will allow for greater flexibility.

The successful candidate will be comfortable being based full time (Wed-Sun) at our Gloucestershire-based showroom. A full and valid UK driving license will be a required, due to some travel requirements to events, trade shows, and other consumer activations.
