Job summary

A local charity retail store in Coleraine seeks a Retail Team Member to assist with daily operations. You will sort donations, ensure presentation standards, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include operating the electronic till, marketing on social media, and maintaining health and safety standards. Ideal candidates will have good teamworking skills, flexibility, and experience with epos till systems. This temporary role offers up to 25 hours per week with a salary based on age.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated stock, including pricing, barcoding and identifying Gift Aid donations.
• Ensure a high standard of presentation, display and merchandising.
• Operate the electronic till system including recording donations and processing sales.
• Market and promote items on social media.
• Assist with the housekeeping and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Attend First Aid training course.
